Angelo G. Garubo is a Member of the firm.  His practice concentrates in commercial transactions and litigation, bankruptcy and insurance defense litigation. Prior to joining the firm Mr. Garubo served as General Counsel to Financial Federal Corporation, a nationwide asset based leasing and finance company. He was responsible for the oversight of all legal matters, including corporate, securities, documentation of bank credit facilities, debt and equity financings, and receivables documentation.

He supervised complex commercial and bankruptcy litigation, securities compliance, risk management, employment issues, and general corporate matters.  During his tenure, Mr. Garubo  negotiated and documented various lending facilities for customers; negotiated and documented portfolio purchases; documented and closed securitizations and extensions totaling in excess of $625 million; documented and closed numerous private placements and medium term note programs totaling over $1 billion; documented numerous bank facilities and syndicated facilities totaling in excess of $1 billion; documented and closed a convertible debt offering of $175 million. He also participated in the negotiation of the merger agreement for the sale of the company.

Previously, Mr. Garubo was a partner with the firm of Danzig, Garubo and Kaye in Florham Park, New Jersey, and represented various public and private companies in transactions and litigation. His practice concentrated in commercial litigation in federal and state courts, as well as complex business transactions, including financings, mergers and acquisitions.
